Ms. Young (formerly Lisa A. Chun) concentrates her practice in real estate, commercial financing and general business transactions. She has served as counsel in the development and construction financing of numerous residential subdivisions and commercial facilities, including hotels and shopping centers. She has had extensive experience in real estate due diligence involving land title and government land use laws, as well as in leasing and in large-scale privatization projects with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army. Prior to entering law school, she worked for several years as an analyst and product manager in the banking industry in Honolulu.
