Ms. Macer’s practice focuses on the representation of commercial banks and mortgage lenders in consumer credit regulation and transactions and the representation of developers for commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Chun Yoshimoto, Ms. Macer spent over 20 years in the banking industry, with a focus on lending, including 15 years managing the loan services and commercial loan operations departments.
